Zip Authentication services are moving to Okta in March of 2025. This is a long running initiative across the business that will improve platform security and UX, reducing the number of user logins.
As Zip API gateways have evolved to bring them up to date with the latest updated security policies, we have consolidated our services to a single base URL. Legacy endpoints will soon be depreciated and must be updated to avoid outages.
The Zip in-store API will be cut over from AWS Loadbalancer to Cloudflare edge. This change is expected to have no impact to services and has been active in the Zip Sandbox environment since September 2024.
The Zip iFrame experience is being depreciated from March 2025. This has been a part of a long running initiative to enhance the security and overall payment experience for Zip customers.
